I take a class & we just did this routine last Monday....3 sets all out with strength bands in between just for a mellow break but still working hard. Scientific evidence proves this type of work out has great benefits!!

I do most of my cardio in classes to get the social interaction but when I can not make I have home equipment as back up. Having a home weight room set is better for me as I can focus more & work as long as I want as the fitness places can be hard to get the time I want on the weights as other users training also. No pop for me - one diet at most every 3-4 months. Water always for me and flavor enhancers as to not get bored. Lemon, lime, orange, and sometimes wyler's grape.

I let go of my scale over 6 mos ago. And it sits right in my bathroom. I decided no more was a hunk of metal parts going to place value in my life. I am aware of food choices, amount of activity and make the most healthy decisions I can in situations. Break up with your scale :)

I learned even though I have been exercising - I have not been hard core enough. My body composition has even changed because of the slack - denying this serves no purpose.
