I have been steadily going through Stage 1 with a few hiccups here & there and various equipment shortages. Done----wow this has been great haveing the added extra to do each dat. And each day built off the last day steadily increasing!!! Great great great!!! Thanks for everyone that stuck it out with me!!! It was great coming back each day to check and log another accomplishment!!!

Hello everyone, I guess yesterday I thought was day 20. Well going back & counting from the start on May 20th..yes today is day 24-REST. I will do day 21, 22, & 23 so I am on the same day everyone else is. Sorry for confusing everyone.

Not too good...
Seems I can not get consistent with challenge...like I cram 2-3 days together then play catch up. Goal tomorrow is to do what I am suppose to and hopefully keep on track!!!!!!!

30 day shred program
Does anyone know the amount of calories burned when doing Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred dvds? I do not own anything like fitbit...any help is appreciated. Also what about like converting strength exercises to calories burned. I do strength stuff almost everyday but not included in my calorie burn.
