Parmesan crusted white fish. Dip in egg mixed with pepper and salt to taste, then roll through finely grated (dry) parmesan and bake in butter. Yumm... about 200 cal per 150 grams of fish.

There is no life without cheese. Our family of 4, of which 3 eat cheese, goes through a good kg of Gouda a week. But we're Dutch.

Happy to report that I have found something that works for me. Unhappy to report it is expensive... Anyone else tried Align? It works, but at almost 1.50 CAD it is expensive to take a pill a day :-(

lol I lost weight in 2 phases: first from 173.8 to 150 lbs. Then over the last 3 months took up strength & weight training and lost another 5 lbs, but more importantly, 3 inches on waist and hips.

Also, you should start measuring rather than stepping on the scale. You may very well be a little heavier, but it is possible you have lost (or you will) some inches.

He should have told you to increase it gradually! Doing it all at once will totally clog you up... My total intake is usually between 23-33/day with lots of water. i have never been this regular! Only downside is it causes bloating.
