To mysteryroad: What dosage do you use for the Brewer's yeast? I had to buy mine in a bulk powder...
-
Great tip mysteryroad! I will definitely try this as I know I have a bit of a candida problem.
-
Agreed!

True story: I was in HMV to get the DVD "Tommy" by The Who. The 16 yr old helping me said "from the WHO"? I said, yes, that's what I said. Her: "WHO". Me "yes"... blank stare... I had to explain it all the way... sigh...

you can't drink all night and stay up untill it's light without feeling sick for 4 days after... :-(

I only eat full fat, including yoghurt, whipped cream, etc. Just in moderation and I make sure I stay within the daily limit on MFP. It keeps me full and happy (it def. affects my mood, check with my family, lol). Someone here already said that overeating anything makes you fat... ain't that the truth! I prefer fat over…

A kiwi first thing in the morning has kept me regular for 21 years now! Hate it when they're unavailable... plan B is chia & flax seeds mixed into my muesli for breakfast. I'm eating it with greek yoghurt and blueberries right now. Mmmm....

There's many possibilities, but here's my pitfall: Whenever I'm "gaining", turns out I'm over my daily goal for sodium... so it's water retention. Also, don't just focus on the weight, measure instead!

Have the same thing here in Alberta, Canada... I have to drive into the ring of smog above Calgary every day to get to work :-(

You are right. Why would you put something on your skin that you wouldn't put in your mouth? Luckily, there are tons of products out there that keep skin healthy without added chemicals. I would eat most of them! As for clean air, that is harder to control... I guess it comes down to the choices you are willing to make and…

I think the main issue is people should be more aware of what they put in their mouth and on their skin. OP is offering education - though a little biased - which is great. Just let people educate themsleves and make up their own minds please. I can't stand preaching, no matter on which side they're on. Everybody is right.…

Really surpised at all the spite on display here... Good on her, I say! Why work when you're taken care off and you enjoy yourself?
-
Yes, have started on Di-Gest (Wildrose herbal) and the bloating is way down... after 2 days already! I will also up the strength training and learn to be a little more patient. Sorry to disappoint those expecting a pic... I don't do pics on the internet. EVERYBODY thanks for your input!
-
Thanks all for your input! I measure 2cm (about 1") below the belly button... that's not hips, is it? That's still well above the top of the hip bone. Hips measures in at 90, no concerns there.

You just need to be patient. You are going through a transition and you're body is in stress response because everything has changed. If you stick to your calories and do exercise when you can, it will even out in a few weeks. Stick with it, it'll all work out.

The Dinner - Herman Koch Be prepared to be blown away - you are set up to like the ultimate a**hole untill you find out....

I remember how bad I feel after giving in to it, take a walk or go exercise, drink something warm and if all that isn't working, I give in and regret it later. I am becoming pretty good at ignoring it, because the regret is no fun and the cravings do diminish in time!

While true, that had nothing to do with added chemicals. I know North Americans don't like the idea, but in Europe we've been eating horse meat for centuries. So true statement, but off topic.

6 ft here and aiming to maintain 143-145, still have my curves, Yay! Though I'd love to loose my little Buddha belly... are we ever happy with our shapes?
-
According to the picture you provided, you do NOT have a huge *kitten*, you have a tight and sexy one! Flaunt it, girl! And enjoy the ride! (I gave it up after moving to Canada, did not want to take the exam again).
-
#1 looks better and more streamlined. Will catch less wind on the bike.. seems to me the other one is less tight and would "flap" and make noise while riding.

I'm with you honey... I was bending forward in my bikini to pick something off the ground the other day and saw 4 sagging titties?! Had to do a double take... My belly was split into two by my navel, all hanging skin. It looked so bad I went and changed immediately. I still have some hope it will get better... :-D

I usually wait for a Groupon for designer jeans... but that does depend on where you live and what's available. I say, go for it. A splurge every know and then is good for morale!

I took out the sugar on MFP and watch Fiber now instead. MFP makes no sense when it comes to sugar! I eat fruit, veggies, dairy... all bringing me way over my sugar limit. But when I subtract those and are left with the sugar in cookies, chocolate etc., I'm always way under. To make a change in reports go to foods -…

This. But I think you are ready!

That's my life in a nutshell... and it works just as well! With me, it's mainly because I like to drink my wine, weekends only. Then every Sunday night we cook in turns and have a big family dinner. So I calculate roughly a 1000 calories for drinks and 1000 for weekend binges into my weekly total... and loose inches slowly…

Depends on the juicer and the setting. Some fiber usually seeps in with the juice. Juicing can be a great help getting all your daily needed minerals, vitamins and enzymes in, provided you make sure your the fiber intake doesn't suffer! Chia seeds, hemps seeds and hemp proteins are all high in fiber, omega 3 and low…

Bump 'cause I'm in the same boat.
