Hi, last week I managed 4 days. This week so far, today is day 3 (starting on Sunday). I also do each level longer... 2 weeks for each level. Hopefully will start level 2 next week. Good job ladies! Keep on going!

Yay, very excited 😃 I finished my workout. I’m planning on 4-5 workouts a week. Trying to be realistic. If it’s hard on the joints you could do the lower impact. I’m happy to have new friends on here. Hopefully we can keep each other motivated.

Hi! I will be on day 6 tomorrow. Is anyone doing it everyday? I only workout 4-5 days/week. It is already making a difference though ;-)

I believe the person was referring to vegan substitutes (things that have protein). Right now, everything is expensive.....it's just a matter of preference and priorities.
