Daughter going vegan.....help!!!!!
My daughter is 15 and still growing and I'm concerned about protein and other nutrients she will need. How do I (as the mom) provide well balanced meals/food options for her? Corn Avocado Tomato Salad YUM
Ok, just thought I'd share. I had a spinach salad with cucumbers, tomato, and chicken....no dressing. I also had made a avocado, corn, tomato salad with a very light dressing (olive oil, salt, pepper and lime juice/zest). Put them together and OMG....yummiest lunch ever and pretty darn healthy too! Week Two=Sore Arms....
I'm only on Day 2 of Week 2 and I am sore! That's a good thing. My arms, shoulders etc. are feeling it. I don't think my form is too good on this level. I do NOT like the push ups with the frog leg thing. I think I will be doing each level for 2 weeks (8-10 workouts...or 4-5 each week). I don't think 5 workouts on each…

I tried mfp last year and did well for awhile. I am doing 30 DS and trying to eat healthier. Looking to add friends so that we can motivate each other! 45 yr old working mom who wants to look and feel great!
