Thanks for all the helpful advice everyone. I am just going to have to try to work on what I am eating and keep going. It is just hard on a budget to get all of the right foods (all while making sure my husband doesn't have to suffer). I will keep trying and hopefully things will get better.

I understand that my food choices are not very good and i KNOW that I need to eat more calories but like I said, I am having a hard time even getting to the right amount of calories without eating junk.

I mainly use measuring cups, but I plan on buying a scale in the next couple of days. I input my own recipes. I don't know if I would trust other people's recipes. I am not really a meat eater. I really like Crystal Light in the morning to get my water intake going. I drink normally r45 oz when I am working out because I know that is when I am going to want it the most. And I tell myself that I can eat a meal AFTER I have had 2 glasses of water. It helps me stay on top of it. :)
