YES, IGNORE the BMI charts. BF% , measurements and your mirror are the way to go..... In my 20's I maintained at 8-10%BF always. And was over weight according to BMI .....LOL....

I work out at 4am. I only take a scoop of Body Strong BCAA'a with 20oz of water and some Nitrocut(nitric oxide booster) pre-work out. Then do a big protein shake + creatine post workout. Then around 8 oz of grilled chicken breast a couple hrs later. My diary is open, feel free to look if you like ...

I get up at 3 am, get ready for work and gym. Drink 20 oz of water with Body Strong BCAA powder in it. A little Nitrocut , and hit the gym from around 4:15 - 5:30 am. 5 days a week. My diary is open, you can see from there on yourself if you want. I have no strength issues in the AM. I think you just have to adapt to it ...

Deadlifts, Clean & Jerks and Squats. I also do calf raises on the leg press between sets. And I have a cool little machine that I do toe raises(foot curls) on for the front of the leg(shins) also ... I go in the 10-15 rep range as well on calves ..

I have tried this, and just do not find it as comfortable or supporting as a good flat bottom "lifting" type shoe .....

I agree with baptiste565 and his answer for the OP. "Bottom line is six pack abs will ruin your life." - Nice Elliot Hulse quote ...... AND, maintaining a 10%BF will not ruin your life. I did it for many years, but trying to stay down around 6% damn near ruined me....LOL...

I use both abduction, and adduction machine on legs day. Always have since back in HS sports days. Why would anyone not use them? They build important stabilizer muscles, and help with quick side to side movement, and direction changes.... I too leave my purse and heels in the locker while working out .....
