^^This right here .......but I weigh every morning no matter what, for logging in the workout log book .....I only look at the trends also .....

You make the commitment, and then you just do it ....you get your *kitten* up out of bed and do it .... I get up at 2AM M-F so I can be in the gym by 3:30am at the latest.... 30-60 min workout, then go work 10-12 hrs ...... I get up at 7-9 am on S-S and workout in my barn if it is not a rest day ...... You JUST DO IT !!

If you are using a digital scale with built in BF% tracker, then it is inaccurate.

I weigh daily for my workout log. But only pay attention to trends that last more than a week or two.

Male - 6'2" - 225lbs - 350lbs working sets standing on a 4" box (up to 20 reps). I have no idea what my 1RM is, as 350lbs is all I can get at the gym I am using. With that said, I just set up my squat rack and cleared a place in my barn, and have 960lbs in plates. So I will find out soon .....
