That's great news!! I've been doing it about three months, my numbers went from the low 100s to high 80s. My mother has been doing it two months now- her doc just took her off her cholesterol medication this afternoon because she no longer needs it. Needless to say she's devoted now.

Doing a 16:8, with eating window around 11-7 or 12-8 depending on the work week (alternates between opening and closing shifts each week).
