If you ever grab a cookie and you're about to put it in your mouth, spit on it and throw it in the bin. Works for me! I know it seems like a waste of food but it's better in the bin than on your hips, right?

Cheesecake, muffins, any of that sweet baked stuff. Then there's pitta bread w/ humous that I love! Also fruit juices. I don't miss junk food like pizza, chips or take out curry at all. Just thinking about their fat content is enough to turn me off! Nothing beneficial about them and not even that delicious.

I'm usually satisfied at 1100 calories and just choose to ignore the warnings. If you are full, there is no need to over eat.

What sort of exercises do you do? How big are your portions for each meal and what types of food? It could be that 20 mins of exercise is insufficient in compensating for your total daily energy consumption from your 6 meals. You should be doing a minimum of 30 mins per day of strenuous exercise.
