In my experience, lower carb, higher fat gives me a better feeling for satiation. Different studies on humans show, when going down with carbs, the daily calorie intake automatically decreases. But, as stated above, when lifting weights, sprinting etc., carbs are a great fuel.

@Wendy What's your specific question? In my opinion, a high fat diet is an useful tool to shred weight when beeing overweight. For heavy lifting, especially bodybuilding, the power of the right carbs should be used.

I guess, longer study time would show different results. Especially when they would use different fat sources. lard sucks :-)

Yeah, what would happen, if they had the ability to better adapt to this "new" macro? How long had this study been going?

Fructose from fruit will have relatively similar effects on the liver. So, don't go too crazy on fruits. 1,2 servings / day are fine though.
