I was in the same position as I travel internationally for work a few times per month. With Insanity (and previously JMBR) I feel like I am not able to take a week or a few days off, because it would throw my body off completely. So, I always take my workout programs with me and make sure that I do not miss any days.…

Ariel and Anna (I think) hands down. Even though I think Anna annoys me the most.

I did JMBR a few months ago and would definitely recommend it. Not only are there a ton of different workouts, set in Phases, so you don't get bored, but the progression is perfect. The first few weeks may seem easy if you are in decent-good shape already, but they serve as a foundation for the rest of the workouts. Unlike…

I have not been following the suggested nutrition plan, but have definitely taken some pointers. I've decreased my daily fat intake % as well as the carbs and increased protein. I am drinking Shakeology after my morning workouts and then focusing on eating the right number of meals throughout the day. Generally, the…

A good HRM has been my best investment! I have the Polar FT7. Prior to that I bought the Pyle HRM, but did not find it to work properly, plus it was just too big on my wrist. The Polar FT7 is absolutely great and has helped me track my calories burned more accurately! I hope this helps! :)

Hi everyone! I am in my third week of the first month. So far so good, but I can definitely tell that my body is taking a beating. I am looking forward to Month 2. Do you see more results in month 2? I've definitely felt myself get stronger thus far, but am looking for some drastic toning and possibly losing 5 lbs.…

I was going to ask you about this in my other post. I have not seen any weight loss results or other dramatic changes. I feel like I can last longer and am definitely feeling stronger...

I am almost done with week 3 of Insanity. Definitely looking forward to month 2, while absolutely dreading it as well! How is the second month going so far?

How many meals per day are you eating? Also what is the breakdown for carbs/protein/fat? I found that the scale stopped moving, but as soon as i focused on eating 5 meals per day and less carbs, the scale started to move. Also, I try to eat 60-70% of my daily calorie intake before 3pm. I hope this helps!

I can imagine that Insanity is more repetitive. Some of Shaun T's other workouts have a tendency of getting repetitive as well. I need to give it a shot though...hopefully it will work.

Completely agree! The 30 minutes and done concept is amazing and definitely works for me.

That sounds like a good plan! I have not checked into Chalean Extreme - maybe that will be a good option as instead..

Unfortunately, I did not take a before picture. But I can post the after. :) I will take before AND after pics prior to starting Insanity.

I started JMBR 3 weeks ago! It is definitely challenging but so worth it! I did Workout 3/4 for the first time this week and am incredibly sore. That's a good thing!!! I am thinking about adding additional cardio workouts at night! Hollowmans and Plank-ups are absolutely killer, but you feel so good getting through the…

I was considering the Billy Blanks one, because I remember the Workouts he came out with a long time ago! I shall add it to my list. :) I just started the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution series yesterday and it is tough to say the least! Similar idea with the combination of weights and cardio. So far so good!

Lady Alice apples all the way! They are absolutely amazing!
