drink water you wouldn't believe what water does! I was stuck at 160 forever and then I started drinking water the start of august I am down 11 lbs since then. Eating habits were the same but added a gallon of water a day.

I eat a bagel EVERY MORNING with peanut butter. However, today I decided not to eat one and I am sitting here salivating over tv commercials. I feel your pain.. nothing beats a bagel.

I was just wondering the same thing! I drink tea daily, but I haven't noticed any difference except I feel fuller longer so I drink tea instead of snacking.

THANK YOU! My husband was away with work so I ate what I wanted to eat (healthy) now that my husband is home he eats chips, brats and GARBAGE. It is so easy to stick my hand in a chip bag when I am sitting next to him GAHH. Im going to start loging again.
