i lost 30 pounds in 2 months. I had a personal trainer 3x's a week i would wake up at 5:30am before work to go to the gym to meet him. I was/am on paleo diet. It worked miracles for me and continues to do so. Now that I am not as strict on paleo my weightloss is slower.

at 15 pounds i started getting compliments by close family & close friends. Now 30 pounds everyone else has kind of complimented me too. Although most people are supportive, others don't want to see you succeed so they don't say anything. KEEP AT IT ! DON'T GIVE UP . Every inch and every pound counts.

how low should i go? i've read different opinions online . It can get confusing.

10 pounds is doable. Start jogging , jump rope, take a fun class like zumba , go hiking. Also try to incorporate weight lifting few times a week so you can burn fat and tone muslce.

lmfao ! you read my mind! If you are too busy noticing what everyone else is doing/weaing YOU ARE NOT WORKING HARD ENOUGH!!

Hello, I am also 26 years old. I too started working out 5-6 days a week just this month alone. I love Zumba, weight lifting, kickboxing, and hiking. Been kinda stuck on the same weigh the past few weeks due to not being as strict on my diet. Not giving up though :)

Biggest beeraholic right here. I stopped drinking for 2 months and lost 30 pounds. For fast results give it up for a few months and then return to drinking if you need to.

feeling like it's going to take forever to lose 30 more pounds
