10 pounds in 5 weeks??

Hi all!
Going on a vacation in about 5 weeks and i still got weight to lose. 2 pounds a weeks is a safe goal. Got the nutrition part down and gling to try IF a few times a week but not sure about the exercise. I know i have to but it seems like i have a hard time sticking to a schedule or a plan. Going to join a gym on sunday. Any workout suggestions??

    10 pounds is doable. :smile: Start jogging , jump rope, take a fun class like zumba , go hiking. Also try to incorporate weight lifting few times a week so you can burn fat and tone muslce.
