Welcome! When I joined I didn't think it would work cause nothing else had but once you get used to tracking food in, calories burned, it's great. Good luck!

From your profile pix I'm guessing you have a little one so I would get a joggin stroller and put it to use her weight would add resistance, more calories burned. And if you have free time a bike, fresh air and a change of scenery makes excercise more enjoyable.

Make sure the meat is frozen when you put it in the cooler and block ice tends to last longer than cubed ice camping so use both. Canned chili with crackers makes a quick lunch. Have fun that's the important part.

I cure that by having a Life Choice super chocolate protein bar as breakfast 190 cal. 21 protein. Works for me.

I have no cut off time I think I once read you shouldn't eat late but bedtime is my quiet peaceful time so I purposely save calories for my nighttime snack.
