Hi, I'm a sahm to 3, and been going at this mid since January, please feel free to add me. My children are 7, 5 and almost 2. And quite the handful :)

I would also say it may be too many exercise calories. From what I've read mfp is not accurate and over estimates exercise calories. Heart rate monitors seem the most accurate way by there is a lot of debate. If I am hungry I eat about half of mine. So i'm giving a bit of leeway.

Thank you all so much. So many good ideas. :) I think you tube and weights and c25k are going to be good start points for me. I still have loads to lose but i'm trying to focus less on that and more on been healthy fit and happy. I like to mix it up a bit to and try and do 3-4 different things a week, as they say variety…

I need to eat more but I exercise more to balance it, and exercising makes me want to eat less. But it's one of those things isn't it. It's making lifestyle changes you can live with, if you can't do it one week....so what, just get on it when you feel better. :)

Super possible :) Up exercise, stick to cals. I've hit 2mths since starting and am -23lbs. :)
