not familiar with that brand but I have tried other brands with similar "technology" in their workout clothes. They do sort of keep me cool by preventing me from overheating when it's 90-100 F outside. If it's really hot where you're at it might be worth a try! It's always good to invest in a good pair of workout gear.

wow... i dont have the money to throw on $99 PJ's... but they look cozy, expensive though! something about infra red technology in the fabric but are these PJ's really proven in recovery?

I workout outside and in 90-100 F temps :o I need to wear something light. If you workout in the gym where they keep the AC really cold it might work. But I don't think it will be comfortable and you may still get overheated :o

I tried it, it was fun! How hard it is depends on the instructor and their choreography. Some keep it pretty simple to follow and others like to make it look like an MTV music video. You might want to ask the instructors themselves how easy the choreography is if you're unsure.

Think of FOOD as FUEL for your body. If you don't have enough fuel it won't run. MFP wants you to eat more so you can function. Otherwise, you'll be a broken car. ;) Fuel up!
