The flex is waterproof and might be a good idea. Check out my fitbit profile, it's open to everyone and you can see the things it tracks. The benefit is you only have to wear it and it does everything for you :) http://www.fitbit.com/user/2524KN

I've heard LA boxing is just as good. Also, my fitbit records are open for everyone to see, so you can see the kind of work outs that you get there: http://www.fitbit.com/user/2524KN

http://www.titleboxingclub.com/ I would send anyone there. It's a work out, without realizing you're working out.

I have a horrible diet - but I joined Title Boxing and they have really kicked my *kitten* into gear. You burn about 1000 calories in one hour, and sometimes I do two classes a day. Love them!
-
You know, I actually took two days off from training and dropped my calorie intake back down to 1,200 for two days and it restarted my weight loss. I was sitting around 185 and this morning I woke up and I was 182.6... and it will keep going down. Maybe you need a rest? :)

I love my fitbit. It tells me pretty much everything I need to know. For instance, here are my stats so far for today: Activity 15868 steps taken today 2 floors climbed today 7.69 miles traveled today 2535 calories burned Then it tells me: Today, I can still eat: 2026 out of about 2396 cals The important part is that I…

Right? My ex broke up with me because I lost too much weight. LOL Chubby chaser.
-
HAHA! RIGHT?! I was 17, 5'5ish and around 175. (Most of it muscle though.) Now I'm taller - in college I somehow grew to 5'8ish - and I'm 185 and although I'm in worse shape than I was in that picture, I'm in a "better" BMI category. In my high school they really stressed BMI which was horrible for us athletes. HORRIBLE.
-
That is not true at all. Take a look at this picture: https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/227719_10100803610819427_1583877407_n.jpg I was "obese" according to the BMI in that picture - and it totally screwed with my head.
-
Holy crap woman, I'm 5'8, with a 36 inch waist and still wear a size 12. I hate womens sizes. Booooo
-
For me to be in the middle of the healthy range of BMI - I would have to be about 130lbs. However, I have a 45 inch shoulder span. There's no way that I can get that small. Holy crap. So I try to ignore it.
-
Yeah, it's just so frustrating because it's my first real plateau that I can't attribute to me being a slack *kitten*.
-
Holy crap! This is awesome! Thank you so much!!!!
-
If you find a club, they teach you! I was so horrible my first couple classes, but now that bag is so my *****!!!!!!!

My eating is kinda MEH sometimes. And I don't actually lift. My secret has been a boxing club near me. (Title Boxing - although I suppose LA works as well :-P ) The work outs are really what does it. You have 15 minutes of intense cardio to start, then 30 minutes of 3 minute reps of different boxing repetitions - then 15…

I actually drink a fair amount. Probably 3 to 4 times a week. I thought this was going to be a problem with my diet - but it turns out - NOPE! Here's my secret. I only drink on days that I work out, and when I go out to drink I stick with low calorie beers. I'm not talking that MGD 64 crap, but there's tons of secret beers…

Well, here's what I did in 3 months: https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/71802_10100803770115197_1064476740_n.jpg - side Jan 15 https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/537217_10100803770140147_2130553277_n.jpg - front Jan 15 https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/599450_10100914155861277_1861114726_n.jpg -…

Well, I've lost 20% of my weight in 3 months. :) I haven't been paying attention to body weight percentage though, but I'd say it's doable.

Hi guys! I just wanted to check in. First of all, before I tell you this story, you have to know a little background about me. I have premature ovarian failure, which means I haven't had a period in about 6 months. In fact, the doctors were like, "It's possible you'll never have one again." So, last night, I ate pizza…
-
Prior to this I was using Noom. I just got the fitbit yesterday so I switched to using myfitnesspal since it syncs with fitbit. :-P Yesterday was an abnorality because of what I ended up doing, but typically I eat a ton of bell peppers, spinach, brussel sprouts and broccoli.
-
Haha, so you're telling me to order the pizza? (How is it possible that 2000 - 2500 is my maintenance? That's insane!)
-
Way TMI - but I know my body has something to poop out because if I stick my finger up there - it's there.... :-P Maybe an enema is the way to go :(
-
The only thing I took different was that I have a cold so I took some airborn vit c stuff to get rid of it... maybe that's it? ughhhh if that's the case how do i fix it?!
-
Um... I eat plenty. I just eat low cal / fresh veggies / etc. I have like 6 meals a day.
-
I drink on average 8 - 10 glasses of water a day. :( This is so weird for me I have no idea. Normally I have the opposite problem. :(
-
Unfortunately, tried that at 8AM this morning with an extra shot of fiber and nothing, at 3:30 :(
