I try and weight myself daily but it usually is about 2 or 3 times a week. This leads me to an additional question. After a day of overeating (i.e. Easter)... how much do you typically put on ? I probably should not weight myself the following day but I figure it is a good motivator to get back on track and not dwell over…

I would agree with trogalicious that you should keep doing what you are doing and be patient! The last 10 pounds is exactly where I am at and is definately the hardest. I think it requires a bit of physical work that includes strengths in addition to cardio to really "shred the fat". I would recommend any strength workouts…

Feel Free to add me. I just rejoined the group as well and am already seeing some success. I love the gym but I also do workout video. Jillian Michaels is my FAVorite. :)

Hmm we should all probably be friends because I, too, have a layer of killer abs under my belly fat :) Love working out! Just need to eat better and do strength exercises!

I disagree. I don't know you or your husband but I am guessing that you are the one that does not like your body. Change for yourself because you deserve that! All things are possible. Great things take hard work.

That is admirable! Losing weight is not easy and takes tons of hard work! I recently put on a solid 20 lbs and am looking to get serious about taking it off. Feel free to add me! I am new to MFP, also! Maybe we can motivate one another.
