Thanks for the encouraging words. I would love to workout during non peak hours but I work on shift and sometimes it's hard to go in the morning because I had to work. I'm still trying though. Thanks for all the videos and tips. Will start looking for a plan.

If I go with my best friend(who is a hardcore healthfreak ToT)we would usually end up snacking on nuts or beans(almond, walnut, roasted fava beans) but if I hangout with other friends or colleague, I'd help myself to a large diet coke and bucket of popcorn or a bag of m&m to share. :P

I would also recommend trying the green smoothie. My little cousins (age 7 and 9) absolutely abhor veggies especially the green ones. When I baby sat them, I whipped up some green smoothie and popsicles with fruit and veggies they polished it off clean without any complains.

Yeap yeap. I've lost about 150+ pounds and some days I still feel fat. I bet one of these days even when I reached my ultimate goal I'll still think I'm fat. It's really annoying! I think some part of me thinks that if I keep telling myself I'm fat, it would prevent me from getting fatter hehe.

Yep don't weigh yourself so much. I always gain between 1-3lbs a week before my menstrual. Most likely it's just water retention and it will go away. Try not to stress yourself over it so much. Just stick to your diet and try to watch your sodium intake and continue your workout.
