I'm suddenly craving for chillis and was wondering if anyone has a good recipe to share. Pretty sure I have most of the ingredients in my fridge(some avos, lean beef, canned beans)
Feel free to share.
Thanks in advance.

No recipe as such, but I am a convert to cooking it with strong black coffee as the liquid!0

yes!! I make this in quadruple batches. so filling and delicious:
No Kidney Bean Turkey Chili
1 can Black Beans
1 can Chick Peas
1 can White Beans
1 can Chopped Tomatoes
1 pound Ground Lean Turkey
2 T Sesame Oil (totally optional)
1 Onion
6 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
Lots of Chili Powder
Lots of Paprika
Enough chicken broth to make it as thin/ thick as you like
salt & pepper
dash of cinnamon
dash of cayenne
Brown the onions, add garlic & saute for a few minutes in EVOO, add turkey and chop up in pot (I like to get it a little browned), dump in the rest and cook for an hour or so. we serve with a little cheddar on the top and baked chips made from fresh tortillas or over brown rice.0 -
I saute a large onion, a large pepper, 4 minced cloves of garlic, one jalapeño, one chipotle, 1lb ground turkey, and then add in a can of pumpkin purée, 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes, a can of diced green chiles, 2 chopped zucchini, and then my seasonings (2T chili powder, 1T cumin, salt and pepper). I let that simmer for a bit, then adjust seasonings as it cooks.1

VEGETARIAN CHILI
1 ½ cups cooked kidney beans
1 ½ cups cooked pinto beans
1 can Dakota Pride Mild Chili Beans (my secret weapon-only thing I buy at Aldi’s)
1 onion, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
1 can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
2 ½ cups water
1 tblsp chix bullion powder (vegan)
1 tblsp chili powder
1 tblsp garlic salt
1 tblsp cumin
Bring everything to a boil and cook until onions and peppers are soft – about 15 minutes.0 -
