Unfortunately I think my "turkey neck" is a genetic error - I had a double chin even when I was thin..... Anyone have any advice for THAT?

I know right - I looked down at my hands this morning when I was driving and realized....GASP...I have WRISTS as well!

I always weigh-in first thing in the morning once a week in the morning right after I shower and before I get dressed and eat - usually in the middle of the week ( I use one day on the weekends as a "Cheat Day" to stop myself from bad snacking the rest of the week)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Zumba for the Wii --- Im thinking I should get my measurements soon - Im not seeing any weight loss but I FEEL different.... Good Luck to all of you! Id love to make some Zumba friends - so add me!

Are you monitoring your diet also? When you do the workout - how long are you doing?

Today was actually my first day of Zumba Wii --- LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I started on easy and did two of the 20 minute classes - so fun and easy!
