Wow, everyone's goals are higher than mine. I'm 5'8" and my goal weight is 125. I've always been fat, so I don't know what I look like at a smaller size. I don't even know what type of frame I have--I'm guessing medium to large? I'll stop before I can see my bones!

I weigh myself first thing in the morning after using the bathroom and brushing my teeth. Sometimes I get curious and weigh myself more than once throughout the day. However, my "official" weight is what I weigh on Monday mornings. That's how I determine how much weight I've lost so far.

SW: 255, CW: 218, 34.12% body fat, size 16/18. I run an 18 min mile and can do about 6 push ups on my knees. Goal: 125-135, 20% body fat, size 2/4. I want to be able to run a 30 min 5K (about 10min/mile) and do 50 push ups without using my knees.

I tend to measure and record everything over five calories. I chew a lot of gum, so I don't count that. If I have a bite of something that is generally high in [insert unhealthy nutrient here], I'll count that bite. I have a good handle on estimating cup sizes and I eyeball ounces of meat. Just eat a little less the next day or two until you make up for it. It's not the end of the world if you go over your calories one day.
