Hmm yeah it seems like you are right. You mean I am gaining muscle in more areas of my body? It could be true, because I look much different than when I was last year, but somehow I weigh almost the same i think. I dont exactly know because i rarely weighed myself when I gained weight, only at certain points.

Noo I never used to lift really. I have really strong legs, quads, thighs, etc, (i can leg press 300 lbs) but my upper body sucks! Thats why i suck at lifting :( I can barely lift 20/30 lbs for working my triceps o biceps ;( People have been telling me to go with free weights and I think thats what I must do..

I am actually very good at counting calories, I don't ever have to look up the food in order to know. Based on the foods I usually eat, I always know the amount of calories to the amount Im eating. I was about 103-110 lbs before, but I may have lost some muscle mass. So its completely possible i think, its just that my body does not want to work with me!!!Lol

I also drink warm water with lemon in the morning, with ginger sometimes. I drink tea constantly (no sugar no milk or cream). Green teas and pepermint teas usually AND i drink 10-20 cups of water per day. So, its not water retention i don't think :(

whenever I want to snack on carrots & celery at work and dont want to feel guilty using ranch, I pour a lemon lemon juice and salt on the carrots and celery..its actually so good:) im gonna try using cayenne pepper

the foods that you are eating now could be the cause of the problem. Do you get enough Fats & Proteins in your diet? Perhaps eat more FATTY foods, like nuts & fish!
