can't sleep cause I dont eat?

I may sound a bit crazy, but I honestly do not feel that i burn a lot of calories! Almonds vs. Almond Milk
HOW are almonds so high in calores & fat, yet almond milk is low (unsweetened) ? Do they extract the fat from the almonds to make the almond milk, just like they do in bell planation peanut butter? This has always confused me .. lol :)
