Hi i want new friends :) I am a greater motivator, an optimist and friend =)

About me:

I am not the best eater and I am tying to change my habits into better eating habits, like smaller portions etc etc :) Sometimes i eat too much, sometimes too little. My goal weight is 105-110, im 145 now (because i gained :neutral: ) , I have a lot of muscle, so I want to lose fat =)

I am a very healthy eater, no junk food, mostly vegetables, proteins, teas, coffees, greens. I recently cut fruit out bc i was eating too much of it lol and I think I needed to reduce me sugar intake. My calories range from 500-2000 lol. It depends how active I am during the days.

I love swimming, walking running, biking, i recently started resistance training, but I am terrible at it :(
