Omg if anyone has cravings after dinner / or late night, i think a good thing to make for yourself is hot cocoa
...with a bit of brown sugar, (or without). I think its perfect because if its dark cocoa, healthier for you, and warms you up (especially if you live in canada )
I usually make it half boiling water, half milk, and a bit of brown sugar.
So yeah, its much better than any "chocolate milk", or a caffeinated drink.

I agree. I like it in the afternoon at work when I need an extra snack or am craving sugar/chocolate.1

I have a cup almost every night that I make with 4 oz whole milk, the rest water. I heat it up, add 1 tablespoon of hershey's baking chocolate powder and splenda, with about 1/8th teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. It's really good and chocolaty for less than 100 calories.1

12 g of unsweetened cocoa
half an avocado
protein powder or honey for taste
milk (quantity depending on texture preference)
Blend, enjoy.1
