I don't think a jogger can ever switch back to power walking! I wonder if I am the only one that gets that "YOU HAVE TO MOVE FASTER NOW" feeling when I am walking/jogging ! can't help it LOL. However, on subject, I switch back and forth between jogging and HITT every other day. I love it and my body seems to like it.

5 foot 2. 43 years old. My original goal weight was 125. I have hit that! Just moved it to 110!

I check my scale periodically by placing a 5 lb weight on it. It lets me know if its accurate.

No. I do workout extra hard if I know I am going to be going out to eat or having something really yummy. I try to work tasty foods into my daily intake. I have been on so many diets that didn't work that I don't want to screw up this new lifestyle (not a diet :) love that) but honestly I do not miss those dairy queen…

No gym. I have a treadmill, bench and weights at home (bought at yard sales and thrift shops) . I use jillian micheals videos and go out for a walk/jog/run. Not gonna give a gym my money and easier to wake up and have it in front of me, staring at me, keeps me motivated. I have found that cardio with weights work the best.…

I will have to say my biggest shocker was certain salads while eating out! Went to a restaurant with my hubby a few weeks ago and seeing that I was concerned with the menu he said to me just order one of the salads. I can only tell you what I do and what works for me. I put on my pedometer before I exercise in the am, when I am walking or running. I log those. Then I leave it on and try to make sure I am over 10,000 steps for the day. I don't log those because I think those are already counted in as normal daily activity. I do add…
