I am 5 foot 2 and MFP has me at 1200 calories a day. Its working for me! I am very comfortable at this intake and have learned what to eat so I am not ever hungry. It also makes me exercise so I can eat more. At first it was a challenge but I got this!

I tried the atkins diet once. I was miserable and still fat. Cutting out carbs is unrealistic for me and my wallet. I like just staying with in my allotted calories for the day. agreed! they compliment us on losing all the weight then turn around and make us feel like were stuck up or something when we don't eat or drink what they are. Its a losing battle,(no pun intended) we just have to say NO and not care what they think.

My upper arms and shoulders do that. In photos I look bigger because of the muscles in my arms. Up to a month ago I ran a pool business and cleaned pools for a living, serious upper arm workouts! Now I lift (because I love it) and am bulking up even more! I need to arm wrestle some of my male friends, kick some butt! lol

my breakfast usually is around 244 calories. 2 cups of coffee and a protein shake. Not a breakfast eater but need something to start the day! 700 is more then half my daily intake so to much for me!
