Snap! Today I've done no exercise at all and I am starving, I will have gone over by the end of this evening (only by 90cals), but as I was under yesterday I'm sure I can cope. This happens every time I have a rest day, weird! Glad to hear though that I'm not the only one.....

Thanks, I'm going to stick with MFP for now and eat back some if not all the exercise calories and see how I go. If I hit a plateau I'll swap to TDEE -20% It seems easy to understand now :)

This happened to me, I went from a 38 to 30. However I went to Bravissimo here in the UK and had a re-fit, I was jumping for joy going down in back size but could of cried when I went up 3 cup sizes :sad: The fitter insisted I put my t-shirt back on I'm glad as I looked so much smaller, I couldn't believe it.

I walk on the treadmill 4 evenings a week, this being my 3rd week. So far, so good and I can see results on the scale and in inches (not measured myself but I can see it in my clothes already).

This is my problem too, I lost just under 50lbs a few years ago and my boobs didn't reduce, in fact although I went from a 38" to 30" band, I actually went up in cup size to accommodate them :laugh: I went to Bravissimo here in the UK where they fitted me and although I was pretty cheesed off that I had gone up in cup…

Thanks, I did feel that 1300 cals was a bit low.
