I am as far from a morning person as someone can be but my motivation to work out in the morning is having a workout partner...someone who is waiting for me that I don't want to let down. It is definately hard to drag my bottom out of bed every morning, but my days are so much nicer knowing my workout is done for the day…

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my mom in December of 1998 and still would give anything to hear her voice or hug her. My mom passed away at the age of 53 after a battle with breast cancer. Watching my mom battle cancer helped me realize that I have to become healthier for myself and for my family. Try baby…
