well now at this stage im lookin for ways to gain a few lbs to get me up to 102lbs and to be able to maintain it. i want to eat and excercise healthily thats all

im 5 ft 1 i excercise everday and i burn bout 500 calories i consume 1300 calories daily i eat everythin i want

i eat half of my excercise calories thats all about i can manage too difficult to eat all of them espeically when i burn too much :flowerforyou:

i was told by my fitness insturctor that u should only workout at the max of 2 hours and then if u wanna do more do another 1hour later break it up that way u wont get burned out from workin out too much in all the one go good luck :flowerforyou:

weight watchers scales are the best i use it all the time and its so so accurate (digital form) :flowerforyou:

Polar F4 or F6 is the best heart rate monitors to use they calculate basically everythin u want them too. if u want more features u better off gettin F6 which is way more expensive than F4 but its worth it :flowerforyou:

i workout everday for 1. and a half hours and then rest for the remainder of the day to have a chance to eat my excercise calories back well most of them :flowerforyou:

ok so ill do that use the bike with good resistance for bout 20minutes, then use the tredmill with a good incline too for 20 minutes and then the stairmaster for bout 10minutes and then the last 10 minutes ill do a slow walk to wind down and cool down :flowerforyou:

i doubt very much cause they are very strict with usin equipment without supervision but ill just workout like crazy on the regular bike and burn a sweat as long as i get my heart rate goin then ill know im burning calories off so thats a good sign and also ill use the stair master too that burns calories but not as good…

i totally agree with him sayin that its quite true that u will gain weight if u consume high calories at night time when ur not active so like he said eat very small portions of food and low calorie food and make sure u have a high fibre meal once a day to fill u up for hours works wonders for me good luck :flowerforyou:

i myself dont like the scales at all and yet i weigh myself twice daily to make sure i dont go over a certain number. but like others say i record the lowest number in the week here on MFP and i always record my measurements daily cause they are a better indication of wthether im loosin weight or not and also my smallest…
