Search on "mark rippetoe" on youtube. His videos on lifting form are much better IMO.

When using the TDEE method you do not eat back exercise calories.

Not sure what to advise. I didn't use a trainer to learn the lifts. Youtube videos were and still are my trainers. I hope you don't get too discouraged as Stronglifts is a good program.

What shoes are you wearing? This could be the issue with the sore foot. As for the boob-ular issue ............. mine getting in the way is not an issue. They were the first to go when I lost weight. I'll let others help with that one. Congrats on the weight loss.

I had mine for about 6 weeks before the rash started. A refund is on its way. I've not worn it for over a week and the rash is still there.

I had a fitbit force for about 6 weeks. Developed a rash on my arm so have replaced it with a Polar Loop.

Wait until you are my age (53). Just kidding. I've had the sore shoulders, knees, hips etc. Just started to use a foam roller. I wish I had tried that earlier. I'm like Jeff if I'm not sore, I think somethings wrong.

I have a rowing machine at home. Think I paid about $25 for it at a garage sale. I only use it as a warm-up (8 minutes) before lifting. It really helps loosen up my knees before squats.

I agree that 18 sessions is BS. The trainer is just trying to make some money off you. Like krokador I taught myself the lifts by watching youtube videos. The problem is that I don't believe that most trainers even know what Stronglifts 5x5 is.

Welcome to the group. I'm almost 54 :angry: and began lifting last year. I've had trouble with both shoulders in the past. Doing weights has help a lot to free them up.
