  • I don't eat mine, no problems so far with losing weight, on the odd occasions I have gone over into my exercise calories those are the weeks my weight loss slows, it is different for everyone :)

  • I have Polar FT60, I go to Body Attack - an hour long high intensity aerobics class - and work my butt off, sweating buckets, dripping on the mat during the press ups and breathing hard... to burn 325 calories... I feel your pain!!

  • It is a circuit type exercise dvd by Jillian Michaels. Three minutes of strength, 2 minutes cardio and a minute of abs each level has 3 circuits and there are 3 levels.

  • I used to have heavy bleeding and nearly pass out through the pain of the cramps, I ended up having a mirena coil fitted. Everything has settled down nicely now.

  • I would go low carb for a couple of weeks but I wouldn't recommend it long term as it gets very dull. Make sure you drink plenty of water with it, veggies are fine if you avoid the starchy ones and keep fruit to berries only.
