hmm could be a number of things, there are a lot of ligaments in your knee, I jumped off an aerobic step about a year ago and heard a loud popping side and had pain, I finished the circuit training class I was doing though. Turned out I had ripped my anterior cruciate ligament off my femur.

You are lucky! I see people logging hundreds of calories for doing 30 day shred, I do mine wearing my HRM, sweat like a horse and my watch (with strap, sex, height, weight and age all correctly configured) gives me a reading of around 60 calories - which kind of makes me think, why bother I burn that many sitting down and…

I have a beautiful 7 month old whippet pup called Smudge :)

No, it will not decrease below 1200 calories. It will ask you if you want to reset your calorie amount once you have lost 10lbs but as 1200 is the minimum it will not reduce you below that.

I have a cheat meal on the day I weigh in but it is only the 1 meal and not an entire day's worth of meals, so I have my regular breakfast and lunch but then my evening meal I don't count - I don't tend to go mad but I might make something that is not low fat e.g. tomorrow we are having lasagne - the only low cal part of…

I nearly passed out when I had mine, screamed more than when I broke my ankle! My poor husband had come in with me to because he was worried it would be painful for me because I haven't (can't) have kids. We were both as white as sheets when we left the surgery! I didn't notice any weight gain and I don't seem to be having…

I feel exhausted during mine and mine aren't even that bad since I had a mirena coil fitted. I managed to avoid eating more but I did have to take a day or two off going to the gym - I work from home and feel asleep at my laptop :blushing:

I took Seroxat (a serotonin uptake inhibitor similiar to Amitriptyline) for well over a year I don't remember it ever preventing me losing weight or making me gain weight. I certainly would not recommend coming off the tablets suddenly these sort of tablets are definitely best withdrawn from slowly with the agreement of…

I vaguely knew my husband from the gym at work when we both went to the same night out. Towards the end of the evening he looked at me and said "I have to apologise I have noticed I keep staring at your tits - you have cracking tits". He still tells me I have cracking tits.

I dont think so with the boards, but exercise yes you can enter HRM details go into exercise then my exercises and put in your HRM calories burned.

I stop the dvd before the end of the cool down so I can just skip back to the beginning of the work out, although that only works because hubby and I don't watch many dvds and when his kids come over they have dvd players in their bedrooms to get round the problem of them not wanting to watch the same movie!

The people who walk on the treadmill but set it on such a ridiculously high incline that they have to hang on to the bars to stop toppling backwards crack me up. We live in Wales, there is a mountain 10 minutes drive from the gym really if you want to mountain climb go do it for real.....
-
Feel free to add me :) I have lost 16lbs so far but still have 40 odd to lose :)

Today I raced my whippet puppy to his ball - ok I am never going to beat Smudge but it is the first time I have run in the park for about 3 years.

My husband and step children are Welsh but not welsh speakers, I am English, whilst driving home from a day trip one afternoon the kids were talking about the fact that they are Welsh but I am English and my step son who was 5 at the time piped up "Nicky do we need to learn to speak English to talk to you then?"

Yes I do sometimes, if I know what I am having for dinner for example I will put it in ahead so that I can balance the calories I have left for the rest of the day. Sometimes I put things in a few days in advance as our evening meals are planned to fit round visits from my husband's kids and our visits to the gym. Also we…
