my step daughter causes me stress, I find walking the dog, going to the gym and sending her to her room then playing piano works to a certain degree. Her going back to her mother works the best though.... :devil:

My skin has cleared up quite a bit to. I don't drink sugar free drinks at all though as I hate the taste of artificial sweetners of any type. Could just be that I am eating better maybe?? I like Epaderm :)

200g of chip shop chips are 478 calories on their own, I didnt look up fish but a plain dry fried fillet of haddock is 168 calories, add onto that a coating of batter and deep frying and you are going to hit the 1000 calorie mark for the whole lot easily I would have thought.

I did level 1 this morning and according to my HRM burned 80 calories... MFP says I burned 214 so be careful with the MFP estimates! I kept moving through out, I did swap to jogging rather than jumping as I have a weak knee but that is the only change I made.

I seem to spend my life with permanently stiff muscles at the moment but I am enjoying it. I should add I also do Body attack on Monday, rowing, biking and elliptical on Wednesday, a spin class most Fridays and either a step class or cardio pump on a Saturday.

As with most things it takes time unfortunately. 8 days of doing exercise is not much time. It will get easier and whether you can measure or weigh it or not there will still be benefits. You will get stronger and you will get fitter.

It isn't so hard, in the last 29 days I have only exceeded 1400 8 times, 11 times my sodium has been less than 800, 3 times it has been around 2100. The majority of the time it is around 1200. I dont eat processed food very often and when I season food I tend to use reduced salt vegetable stock.
