I'm the same, I only realised how little I was eating when I started logging on here and found I had to eat MORE. This was surprising as my BMI meant I was obese. I was so lethargic and had continual brain fog, so doing anything physical was incredibly difficult. I bumped up my calorie intake and suddenly I'm feeling…

I'm a cider drinker and brew my own. You can't beat home brewed cider made from Cox apples - delicious :drinker:

So far I've lost a Chihuahua but I'm hoping to lose an average human leg

Hopefully I'll be starting on 2nd of May. Got a hospital appointment on the 1st and will be there all day to see if I need an operation which will mean I can't start until I'm healed but fingers crossed I'll be ok and can start on the 2nd.

I juice when I fancy a cold drink, I then use all the fiber to thicken soups and stews. Don't really change the flavour and means I get all the goodness not extracted by the juicer.

I'm 5' 2 and I'm looking to get to around 130. I'm more concerned with how I look/feel, so as long as I lose the wobbly bits then I'll be happy.

Hello from Wigan
-
I posted about mine here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/963011-my-little-nsvs I can't type it out again or I'll probably have to kill my bloke
-
I went visiting friends today, taking cream cakes with me (as it was my turn) and I didn't even want to eat one. Friends were happy too, as I can easily scoff at least 4, so they got to eat the extra ones

I was put in hospital due to a reaction to Aspartame but, then again, some people can die from nuts. Everything my mate drinks has aspartame in it and she's perfectly fine. We're all different and so different things affect us in different ways I suppose

Lancashire here, but I spend quite a lot of time in South Wales :)

Great news, I'm hoping for the same on my next visit to the doctor.

According to the British Heart Foundation, it's not eggs that are the problem but the way you cook them  http://www.bhf.org.uk/default.aspx?page=12920

At school we were lucky enough to have an England Rugby Union player as a PE teacher and he had us doing squats and dead lifts from the age of 12. He really pushed us in all areas and it paid off too, we were the most feared team in all sports. He was also the only teacher who encouraged us to run in the corridor and if…

I buy the vegetarian cheese too, you can't tell the difference. I know exactly what you mean about being judged for your choice, I've been suffering that for 45 years. When I was in primary school I actually got the slipper off the headmaster for refusing to eat meat. Needless to say that when I told my dad all hell broke…

I've been a veggie all my life, simply because I don't like the texture or taste of it. Caused lots of problems for my parents as in the 60s they hadn't heard of vegetarianism but because eating flesh made me physically sick, they didn't force it on me. It's just a way of life for me now and I can't see myself ever eating…

Hello  I'm from Lancashire, please feel free to add me.

I'll join you in your little scam, I mean serious weight loss aid. Sadly some people are so gullible, especially when they have weight to lose for the summer.
-
Aspartame put me in hospital but my mate doesn't have a problem with it.

Well done Jacky for no longer being officially obese and for getting rid of the muffin top :drinker:

Wow, you should be so proud and what a great sister you have too, mine only lives 250 miles away and never comes to visit me
-
Ditch him NOW, right this minute. This is mental abuse and there is a very good chance it will progress into physical abuse. He'll probably fake a few tears and promise never to do it again but he simply cannot be trusted. He's a cheater and an abuser, you (and everyone else) deserve better than that. I've been through a…

Me and my bloke showing off our facial loveliness

I'm 5.2, started at 170 and hope to get down to around 130. Haven't any progress pics yet as I've only lost 4lbs. I have, however, lost an inch of my waist and another couple of places

I am terrified of werewolves and avoid going out alone at full moon. Yes I know they don't exist and that my fears are groundless but whenever I'm outside at full moon I can literally feel their breath on the back of my neck.

Done another 3 miles today

Another 3 miles done today

I'm also in the North West and you (or anyone else) can add me if you like

I'm off on holiday in about a week, as a 50th birthday treat, and will be starting Chalean Extreme when I get back. Really looking forward to it, as I'm expecting good results.
