I like to walk during lunch time. This requires me to drive to a park in order to get some exercise in. However, driving seems to mess up my timings. I suspect my logging of previous times have been overstated as a result. The pedometer I have is supposed to keep a history of the past walking times but I am unsure of its accuracy.
