Very much this. listen to your body. Start slow and then work up. Look out for twinges and numbness. I just had my last baby on 2.20 and did a 5k on 4/20. I had to walk most of it but I still did it! Now I am 56 down and still going. Every blue moon, I have to watch my tabata planks because they can cause some aggravation.

Those are pretty rancid too. I am on machine and I don't hear anything but I get the waft of hell entered into my nose when I am in the gym. I look over at the guy next to me and I give him a look of disappointment and he apologizes. He let it linger into my nostrils before apologizing. His butt was 2 feet away from me.

Though it was negatively put, he isn't completely wrong. It is great as a starter but I found instead of doing a bunch of reps throughout the day that adding a kettlebell or dumbbells (for any squat) add a very nice workout. I did the 200 squat challenge before and it was alright but once I started the whole "less is more"…

I found eating later has made a significant impact only because I went by the whole "don't eat by 7-8" myth. I find the days I eat after I workout which is almost 9-10pm are the days I end up with less starvation, more energy in the morning, and results. so eat when you want just eat within your calories.
