No worries. I have a buddy doing Paleo and she went and ate 5 pieces of cake and 6 pork tamales today. I got to call her that earlier. Honestly, it is about being diligent about logging. The more you log, the more you will get a view of which foods are working best for you. Good luck from now on!

The cheese sauce isn't bad. 20 calories. The slice is 80. If I add in my own blue marbled pepperjack cheese (80 calories) and nix both the sauce and cheddar slice: OMG I MAY DIE HAPPY

I want to thank the people who convinced me to fit a Wendy's Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger into my dinner tonight after my workout. I look forward to it.

It comes with cheddar cheese sauce and cheddar slice... i nix one or the other and that is a good 100 calories off and probably 100sodium. I retain like crazy so I have to be careful. It blows but IT FITS!

Sadly, when I finally sat down and realized what I was doing to lose weight, i came to the realization that is was THAT simple. Eat less and move more. It has made losing weight that much easier.

I have a 5mth old, 3yo, and 9yo. I am omnipotent. Haha, not remotely. I find grouping meals on the weekend helps a ton. Frozen veggies, grilled meat in a rush. Occasional lean cuisine or healthy choice. It's mainly portion control. I can eat whatever I want but smaller than what I used to consume. Good luck. No clue where…

I thought about doing Nutrisystem but I don't want to spend the money on it. It is sooo spendy for just a month (and you still have to add food!) I just cook in between my 50+hour job, 3 kids + their activities, and gymming. My George Foreman grill saves my life.
