Actually I haven't any pound to lose, but since I'm using fitnessblender I can tell you I certainly have lost some inches in my thighs, and my butt and abs are definitly toned and muscular ! it's a great way to love cardio, hiit and strength training!

I LOVE it ! I love that you can do it at home, with only a mat and weights ! I do ALL of my workouts on fitnessblender, it's a great website. Dani and Kelli add about 2 new workouts a week. Add me if you want !

When I was a child, I used to eat french fries twice a day, since my 18's !! There was never any fruits/veggies at home, we drank Coke, ate crisps, and stuff like that. Today I try to eat healthy and I'm so much happier, I like cooking and I enjoy real food!

Do you eat healthier ? You could drink more and more water, avoid sodium and refined sugar.

You should try agave syrup ! I sometimes put in in my coffee and it's like sugar, but healthier.

I've never been a runner, never been able to run more than a minute. Now I'm on week 5 day 3 and have to run 20 minutes in a row ! Good luck and don't give up ! this program is awesome !
