  • Ive used both the dvds and the wii game...classes are great too but its also cheaper for the dvds and things so i guess tis up to you...but definitely a great way to work out! They change it up a lot so you dont get bored with repetitive steps...and you dont even notice youre working out! So fun!!

  • I used to make 'banana icecream' well sort of If u peal a banana then cut it up into pieces and freeze it...then, after is it frozen, let it thaw just a bit ... it gets the consistency of icreceam! Its delicious and healthy!!!! :D
