If you like cold chicken you could bake a bunch of chicken ahead of time and cut it up keep in a cooler. String Cheese, Fruit, Veggies are all easy things you could eat while driving.

Hal Higdeon's Half Marathon Training program modified 2 short 1 long run (it was 12 weeks, streched it out to 27) :), Group Power 2x per week, and biking when I have time anywhere from 10-20 miles.

Woodmans. They are big carry almost every brand and the cheapest in town. In the summer I buy almost all my produce from the farmers market, and occasionally I buy stuff from Aldis or Walmart.

I have done a bunch of 5k's and a couple 10ks and am training for a half:). My average for a training mile is around 11-11:30 but I did have 1 5k that was only 28 something. :). Yes my full intention was not to let my daughter have certain things, and then grandparents, birthday parties, other peoples houses.. there is no way to fully keep them in the dark!

In a few years I don't want people to say, "Wow she gained all that weight back AGAIN!" Instead I want them to say, "I never thought she would get that small!" :)

I make huge batches of spaghetti sauce, keep them frozen and use those with Spaghetti squash (just cut and bake for 30 min) or Rozoni smart taste veggie pasta when lacking motivation to cook.

I weigh and measure almost everything. I weigh out whole recipes and figure out the calories per oz if I think that will be a more convenient way to measure out the servings. :)
