Modificating Workouts to All Upper or All Lower
Has anyone done NROLFW and modified the workouts into all upper and all lower body? I want to start, but I think it would be easier to fit in running (I love running) if I could alternate upper and lower body rather than all full body workouts.

STEPS VS GOAL BURNED CALS
I was wondering if this sounds normal to anyone else: some days I will exceed my step goal by double or more, but still not hit or only be close to hitting the daily goal for calories burned - and this is with a 5 mile run!

Losing and Half Marathon?
Last year I didn't lose anything basically for 6 months while I trained for my first half marathon. I am training for my second right now and it seems like the same thing is happening! UGH I would like to hear some tips from anyone who has been successful while training hard.

HRM vs Body Media
I was thinking about purchasing a a Body Media armband. I already have a good Polar HRM, but I am interested in my TDEE. Has anyone ever worn their HRM for the entire day and used that to calculate TDEE? Has anyone ever compared this to data from a Body Media or similar device?

Weight Loss and Running Pace
Any runners notice a big change in pace with weight loss, even five-ten pounds? I haven't really lost anything in awhile, just the same couple of pounds up and down for a long time, I just need one more reason to do better with my eating lol.

New Rules and Running
I am training for a half marathon so I run three times a week. Plus I do some classes that I think I am going to quit in order to do New Rules. I was wondering if anyone has kept up a running program AND did new rules. I am wondering if this seems do-able or otherwise I might wait until after the half:).
