Lately I have been having trouble losing anything.
5'5", 166, Female. Down 94 lbs from start.
I run 15 or more miles a week, and do 2-3 group power classes (barbell weight lifting) a week (burn a total of about 3,000-3,500)
I lost some of my weight on Weight Watchers, some at 1200 (and not eating ex cals), some at 1650, and now I am stuck with what to do next.
I tried 2160 (using roadmap 2.0) and lost 0.8 in a week, but this could basically be staying the same.
Last week I tried 1850 (maintenance according to mfp) and then for the most part didn't eat ex cals to have a deficit and I gained a lb.
I am looking for someone with similar stats and cals burned per week that is consistantly losing to decide what to try next.
I also am not interested in doing protein shakes, do not want to eat alot of processed foods, and am slowly going organic
