I keep to around 1300 calories a day, and if I exercise that day i'll eat back about 50% of my calories burned. I hovered around 1200 calories and was starving all of the time and 1500 I wasn't losing anything, so even that extra 100 calories of an apple in the afternoon helps now. :)

I don't log till afterwards... I used to, but I would lose a lb or two during that time so seeing the number go back up afterwards was never fun! :)

OP here - My misunderstanding! I definitely think moving is a workout - but when i see "cleaning - Vigorous" in the database my first thought wasn't moving & hauling things. You know I totally agree with you here - moving is some extremely hard work and I fully expect to burn a lot of calories in my upcoming move. My point is that in my experience (which is different from what others may experience!! This is just one case!) I don't lose as efficiently or as consistently unless i'm exercising…

You really do look fabulous! You seriously look years younger in your recent pic. Its always frustrating when the scale doesn't move but at least you're close to goal and not 50 lbs out at a stall (been there!!). Keep up the great work and keep feeling great about yourself! I'm 5'6" - currently 191, goal weight is 140. Seems impossible sometimes, so just have to take it one step at a time - current GW: 180!

My leftovers did not taste as well as I hoped they would after combining two different concoctions! Ended up being about 3 oz. of grilled chicken with a (gross) quick marsala sauce that I made without mushrooms - its just not the same without delicious mushrooms! Great job! Looking super good so far - I've also just completed about 5 weeks of the MFP program and weight training 3x/week and cardio 2x week - down 9 lbs! One day at a time - Keep up the great work!
