Runtastic has interval workouts.

Can I find the Nike HIIT workout online? Otherwise would an Insanity workout suffice?
-
Maybe I am not biking hard enough. I guess I need to push myself harder.
-
The plan I am following has me cross training on Mondays. Should I not cross train and run on that day too?
-
Wow! Lots of us will be running marathons around the same time. I just printed off Hal Higdon's Intermediate 1 program. I will start immediately. Just curious what you all do for cross training. I have been biking but I don't feel like it is a very good workout.
-
Thanks! You too!
-
What training plan are you following?
-
Loch Ness marathon? Thanks sounds like fun!
-
I guess I just need to take the plunge and sign up and then there is no turning back.
-
Thanks for your input! I will look up those training plans.
-
My weekly mileage varies from 25-30 miles.

I take a multivitamin too and I eat meat but not very much at all, especially red meat.
-
I didn't know this either but I very rarely take any medication so I think I can rule this out.
-
Did not know this. Thanks!
-
I guess less padding could definitely be a factor.
-
Yes I get ons of vitamin c from fruits and veggies.
-
I'm 5'8" and weigh 119. I would like to maintain now and tone up.
-
Anyone?
-
fresh veggies, apples with peanut butter, smoothies with fruit and homemade greek yogurt, homemade banana ice cream, fruits-basically any, graham crackers, whole wheat toast with blueberries, whole wheat bagels, cheese, yogurt Can you tell my kids like to snack? lol
-
That is what I was thinking.
-
Just curious how long, how hard and at what intensity did you bike for?

I finished Insanity the end of May. I lost 14 lbs and 20" overall. It is an awesome workout! I didn't follow the nutrition plan but I did eat extremely healthy the whole way through. I started about a month after having baby #5 and lost the baby weight very quickly and toned up nicely. If you have any questions, please ask.

I'm 5'8" and weigh just under 120. I'm happy with where I am at and just hoping to maintain.
-
I'm thinking about saving 100-200 calories a day. Nothing major and definitely not living on rice cakes. lol
-
I was just wondering the same thing this morning. How many calories dots MFP say you burned?
-
Spaghetti squash is amazing!
-
Depending on what they were fried in, yes. It is possible.
-
I agree with both of you. I work out 6 days a week and I eat extremely healthy. I've kinda come to the conclusion that at long as I am eating healthy and working out hard (and maintaining my weight), I will continue to eat the way I have been. Thanks for the input!

9 weeks with baby #5 after gaining 40lbs during pregnancy. I can't remember with the others. I was very active right after I had her though. I started walking 5 days postpartum and started Insanity one month postpartum. That being said, I heal very quickly and not everyone's body reacts the same.

I completed Insanity recently too. Would you say doing the Shred now would be a waste of time and not effective?
