just thinking about all the food he eats makes me sick to my tummy. Could you imagine.. I would be so sick of eating... All he really would have time to do in a day is workout and eat. :/

I have to applaud you for using Lose and Loose the RIGHT way!!! So many people spell LOSE like Loose.. and yay.. I think you can exercise and tone to a certain extent as far as saggy skin goes

Whats your current weight? Depending on what type of exercise you are doing, you are probably gaining muscle. But 1200 calories then exercising an hour your probably not eating enough. I would eat back some of your exercise calories. If you are burning 400/hr maybe eat back 200 and try to eat protein. Also for women…

Right now I am a juniors 19... and they fit comfortably when I first starting losing weight... lost 10 lbs so far and they fit about the same as when I started.

You bet your sweet *kitten* if and when i lose the weight i wanna lose.. that I will be getting a tummy tuck and it will all be for vanity! Lets be real ya'll.. yes we all want to get healthy and that is a big motivation but we all want to look good too! So saying you don't want to get a tummy tuck for vanity's sake... yet…

my favorite is either a mission tortilla w/ pb and banana or a naked protein smoothie!! YUM! Also a baked sweet potato with sugar free caramel drizzled on top.. omg so good! And under 300 cals

If I eat a 750+ calorie meal, I feel like complete **** afterwards. I could not imagine "fasting" for like 8 hrs and then gorging myself with an 750+ calorie meal.. talk about no energy. I prefer smaller meals b/c by the time your energy level is getting low.. its time for another 300 cal. meal. Keeps me going all day!

I'm in. Just started dieting this past monday so my first weigh in will be on the 3rd.

I actually vomited after the first 8 minutes so I decided to stop. I don't want to push myself past the vomiting point. I think I will do the build up. tomorrow I will shoot for 10 mins, if I can do longer, great.
